Arrive Rides connects Uber/Lyft for seniors without a smartphone
Amy Stice founded Arrive Rides as an easy way for her grandmother to get around town without using her car. Arrive is a concierge service that connects people without smartphones to on-demand ride services like Lyft and Uber. Its members--mostly seniors--make a phone call to Arrive Rides to order a car, which is dispatched and monitored by Arrive's concierge team. Amy will discuss how Arrive works and the strengths and limitations of on-demand rides.
