Tamra Peters is the founder of Resilient Neighborhoods and the recipient of the 2017 Marin Conservation League’s Environmental Leadership Award, the 2017 City of San Rafael Citizen of the Year Award, and Certificates of Special Recognition from Congressman Jared Huffman and the CA State Legislature to honor her work in Marin County to combat climate change.
