Join JFCS' Seniors At Home and Belvedere Tiburon library for our "Aging with Style" series on Wednesday, July 24, 2019 at 12pm. Our next presentation is on Emotional Wellness: How to address life’s disruption and maintain emotional well-being. Whether it is from a life transition, anxiety, depression or simply a feeling of unrest – we will explore ways to achieve emotional wellness while juggling life’s struggles and challenges.
The workshop will focus on how to identify common emotional issues, learn effective coping skills, self-care techniques, and learn about treatment options.
