Learn about preparing for the management and distribution of your assets after death. Lisa will cover the key documents required for an estate plan to achieve your objectives to distribute your assets to whom you want, the way you want, when you want, manage the risks of incapacity, delegate health care decisions, plan for children and grandchildren, and promote family harmony, while avoiding probate, and protecting your estate. Lisa will also discuss the importance of updating beneficiary designations for life insurance, retirement accounts, and other financial assets, and what to expect when you work with an estate planning attorney.
