Yoga for Seniors

 

Gentle mat yoga with Barbara Lane.  Stretch and strengthen your limbs and improve your balance with this class that unites body, mind and spirit.  Barbara will teach most of the classes with Rayner Needleman substituting as needed, and they are both certified yoga teachers with many years of experience.  

 

They love teaching seniors because they are seniors themselves!  Bring your own yoga mat,  wear comfy clothes, and an empty stomach.
