DETAILS for submission of art for 94965 Intergenerational Art Show 2024

To be considered for submission:

Email the following information to Teddie Hathaway at [email protected] by September 15, 2024

*Photo of the artwork (remember it will be juried based on the photo so be
 sure to send a good one)
*Description of the media including size, weight and price keeping in mind SCA will receive 35% commission on all sales.  NOTE:  *Entries must be 36 “x 36 “or smaller and weigh 20 lbs or less
*Your Name, Address, Email and Phone

Artists will be notified by November 1 if their work will be included

DETAILS for chosen art for the exhibition:

*Your art will need to be delivered to SCA in the morning of November 13 between 10am and noon
*Framed art must be READY TO HANG - mounted and wired.  
*All art will be hung that day - sorry no latecomers. 

*All art must be for sale.

*SCA will take a 35% commission on sales so please price your art with this in mind.
*When you drop off the artwork, you will need to sign a waiver of liability to participate in the show. 
*There is no storage space, all unsold art must be picked up November 24th by 5pm at the close of the show.
