Christine Ness, the Director of COVIA, (formerly Home Share Marin) will be talking about their free service that helps facilitate an effective match between homeowners  who have a space in their home and home ‘seekers’ looking for a place to rent.  She provides an interviewing service, background checks and helps to create a Living Together Agreement between the two parties.
