If YES! then this class is for you!

Rayner Needleman is a 35+ year teacher of yoga and therapy, and Playdance is about exercise for the young- at- heart, and a chance to leave your worries behind. The class consists of a variety of organized dance play after gentle warm-up exercises and breath work.

Wear loose clothes, bring water and an open mind and heart.

**For those less mobile, every third week, we shall dance sitting in chairs for 40 minutes of joy.**

Reminder - do not attend if you are not feeling well.

If you are not a member of Sausalito Village, you will be asked to sign a waiver at your first class before participating.
